Refund and Returns Policy

At PodAnime, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are often printed to order, we maintain a specific return policy to ensure we can continue offering unique designs at competitive prices.

1. Return Conditions

We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes:

  • Significant printing errors (misplaced graphics, incorrect colors).

  • Physical damage to the garment (tears, holes).

  • Receiving the wrong item (wrong size, design, or color compared to your order).

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection by the customer. Please refer to our size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item is defective, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective item. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@podanime.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  2. Get Your Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Shipping Label.

  3. Method: Returns are handled by mail.

  4. Label Delivery: You will receive a link to download and print your return label at home.

  5. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Return Fees

  • Return Shipping Label: Free of charge for defective items.

  • Restocking Fees: No cost. We do not charge any restocking fees for defective products.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Refund Timeline: It typically takes 7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
