  • Immediate Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of order placement. This ensures that we can begin the fulfillment and production process immediately.

  • Confirmation: Once the transaction is successful, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your receipt and order details.

3. TOTAL PRICE TRANSPARENCY

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Shipping Fees: We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 for all orders within the United States. This will be clearly added to your subtotal during checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: The total amount displayed at the final checkout step is the total price you will pay. There are no surprise handling or processing charges.

4. ACCURATE BILLING INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. This includes your email address, billing address, and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. TAXES

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at support@podanime.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the production or shipping stage, cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

While we strive for 100% pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

8. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will reflect the exact color of the physical product. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

9. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
