Cancellation & Modification Policy

At PodAnime, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are often made-to-order, we have established the following policy for cancellations and modifications.

1. The 12-Hour Window

We provide a 12-hour window from the time of purchase for any cancellations or modifications.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may request to cancel your order or change details such as the shipping address, product size, or design. Please contact us immediately at support@podanime.com.

  • After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is automatically sent to our production and fulfillment team. At this stage, we cannot accept any cancellations or modifications as the items are already being prepared or have been shipped.

2. How to Request a Change

To ensure your request is handled promptly, please email our support team with the following information:

  • Subject Line: [Cancellation/Modification Request] – Your Order Number

  • Content: Clearly state the change you wish to make or the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your account within 2 business days.

  • Credit Cards: Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

4. Policy for Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped within the 12-hour window (in rare cases of express processing), it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy once the package arrives.

5. Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after the 12-hour window, we will do our best to contact the carrier, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery can be redirected. PodAnime is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
