Where do you ship to? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8 – 15 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Order page or the carrier’s website to monitor your package.

2. PAYMENTS & BILLING

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns for defective or damaged products only within 30 days of delivery. Because our items are printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

How do I return a defective item? Please contact us at support@podanime.com with photos of the defect. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print.

Is there a restocking fee? No. There are no restocking fees for returns of defective products.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I know which size to choose? Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart. We highly recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

Are your products officially licensed? Our designs are original artistic interpretations inspired by anime culture. We respect intellectual property and operate under our DMCA Policy.
