Welcome to the PodAnime Help Center. We’ve compiled a list of the most common questions to help you have a seamless shopping experience.

ORDERING

1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our website, select your favorite designs, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, provide your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@podanime.com. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, changes may no longer be possible.

3. Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 1-3 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our “Track Your Order” page or the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship to? Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States (all 50 states and DC). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple Flat Rate Shipping of $4.95 for all orders within the USA.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 10 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

2. Who covers the return shipping costs?

  • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, PodAnime will cover the return costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

  • For personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

PAYMENT

1. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB) and PayPal. We also support digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and our payment processors (Stripe & PayPal) are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant to ensure your data is 100% protected. PodAnime does not store your credit card details.

3. When will I be charged? Your payment method will be charged immediately at the time of purchase to secure your order and begin the fulfillment process.
