Return & Refund Policy

At PodAnime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whether your item is defective or you simply changed your mind, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Defective products: Manufacturing errors, printing defects, or items damaged during transit.

  • Non-defective products: If you changed your mind or are unsatisfied with the product (subject to the conditions below).

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or a different design, please contact us at support@podanime.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

3. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible.

4. Return Process (By Mail)

All returns must be conducted by mail.

  1. Contact Us: Email support@podanime.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label via email.

  3. Print & Ship: You must download and print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

5. Return Fees

  • Return Shipping Label: Provided Free of charge (No cost) for both defective and non-defective returns.

  • Restocking Fees: No cost. You will not be charged any restocking fees.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
