At PodAnime, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite fan-inspired apparel quickly and reliably. Currently, we focus exclusively on serving our customers within the United States.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and DC. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our domestic customers.

2. Shipping Cost

We keep it simple and transparent:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 for all orders.

  • This flat rate applies to your entire order, regardless of how many items you purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Our estimated delivery time consists of Handling Time and Transit Time:

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment centers.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 10 business days.

Note: Our team operates Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time (except for holidays).

4. Warehouse & Fulfillment

To ensure efficiency, we work with trusted production partners. While our primary business address is in Texas, your order may be dispatched from our various fulfillment centers in North America to reach you as quickly as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through our “Track Your Order” page or the carrier’s website.

6. Dealing with Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Logistics carrier delays.
